This Refund & Return Policy is designed in accordance with the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014, to ensure fairness, transparency, and the protection of consumer rights.
1. Right to Return & Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations. To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and unaltered
- The product must be in its original packaging
- All labels, seals, and protective stickers must remain intact
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Exception)
In compliance with consumer protection laws allowing exceptions for hygiene-sensitive goods, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Fragrances or perfumes with broken seals
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (Statutory Right)
Under the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014, consumers have the right to relief if goods are:
- Defective
- Damaged at the time of delivery
- Not as described
- Incorrectly supplied
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect or issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim rejection unless justified.
4. No Cash Refund Policy (Legally Permissible)
In accordance with Pakistani law, businesses may offer alternatives to cash refunds, provided consumer rights are not violated. Accordingly:
- Cash refunds are not offered
- Approved cases will be compensated via product replacement or store credit
- This policy does not affect statutory rights in cases of proven defects or misrepresentation.
5. Store Credit Policy
- Store credit will be issued equal to the product’s purchase value
- Shipping charges and discounts are non-refundable
- Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Store credit validity: 12 months
- Store credit is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
6. Exchange Policy
- Eligible products may be exchanged for the same or another item
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If an item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
- Price differences must be settled by the customer, if applicable
7. Return Shipping & Responsibility
- Returns must be sent via a traceable courier or registered post
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Ineffable by Reek’s is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments

9. Misuse & Fair Use Clause
Ineffable by Reek’s reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by misuse
- Decline claims involving false allegations or repeated abuse of the policy
This clause is applied in accordance with fair trade and consumer protection principles.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Karachi courts, without prejudice to a consumer’s statutory right to approach a Consumer Court.

12. Consumer Court Disclaimer
Nothing in this policy restricts or limits a consumer from exercising their rights under the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014, including filing complaints with a Consumer Court for defective, misrepresented, or substandard goods. This policy is designed to complement statutory rights, not override them.
