At Ineffable by Reeka’s, we are committed to delivering your product(s) with speed, care, and style. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our processes for orders, deliveries, cancellations, payments, and customer support.

  1. Delivery Time
  • Major Cities (within Pakistan): 2–4 working days after dispatch
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 5–7 working days after dispatch
  • Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, sale periods, or public holidays.
  • Please ensure you are reachable at the contact number provided to facilitate smooth delivery.
  • Timely delivery is subject to product availability and order confirmation.
  1. Order Confirmation & Processing
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
  • Once an order is marked “In Process”, it moves to our fulfillment team for packaging and dispatch.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order summary immediately after placing your order.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Prepaid Orders: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders “In Process” or dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders cannot be canceled online after confirmation. Contact Customer Support immediately for cancellation requests.
  • Refunds: Refunds and returns will be handled strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Card Payment Verification:

  • For secure and fraud-free transactions, your bank may request additional verification.
  • Ineffable by Reeka’s reserves the right to cancel orders if payment authorization fails.
  • Our team will contact you via phone or email if additional verification is required.
  1. Delivery Charges
  • Karachi: PKR 250
  • Other Cities (within Pakistan): PKR 350
  • Delivery charges exclude applicable taxes, duties, or special handling fees.
  • How to Check Delivery Charges: Add products to your cart → Enter delivery address at checkout → Shipping charges will be calculated automatically.
  1. Track Your Order
  • After dispatch, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • Tracking is available on the courier’s website mentioned in your email.
  • If you do not receive tracking updates within 24–48 hours, please contact us.
  • Note: Ineffable by Reeka’s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  1. Amending Your Order
  • You may request changes to your order (products, quantity, or delivery details) before it is processed.
  • Once your order is processed or dispatched, changes cannot be applied.

  • Returned orders due to incorrect details or unavailability may incur re-shipment charges.
  • Delivery times may vary due to logistics delays or circumstances beyond our control.
